Shipping and Returns Policy
SHIPPING
Upon arrival, the carrier will deliver to the address provided. If you are not home, they will call you or leave a note to arrange delivery. It is important to note that the order will be delivered in perfect condition. If you notice any issues, please report them using our contact form by clicking here so we can take the necessary steps.
Prices and delivery times are shown below according to the destination:
Shipping to mainland Spain
- Free shipping on orders over €99. For orders under €99, the shipping cost is €10.
- The delivery period is 2 to 4 days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping to the Balearic Islands
- Shipping costs €12.90 for orders up to 3kg. For orders over 3kg, an additional €1.70 will be charged for each extra kg.
- The delivery period is 4 to 6 days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping to the Canary Islands
- Shipping costs €22.90 for orders up to 3kg. For orders over 3kg, an additional €1.90 will be charged for each extra kg.
- The delivery period is 10 to 12 days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders to the Canary Islands may incur customs fees that will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipments to Portugal
- Free shipping on orders over €99. For orders under €99, the shipping cost is €10.
- The delivery period is 2 to 4 days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK), Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg and Monaco
- Shipping costs €29.90 for orders up to 5kg. For orders over 5kg, an additional €7 will be charged for each extra 5kg.
- The delivery period is 7 to 9 days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders to the United Kingdom (UK) may incur customs fees which will be the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
We have complete confidence in the quality of all our products; however, if you or the person you have given a gift to are not satisfied with our product, we will send you another piece or refund your money.
In case of return, the item must retain its original seals and packaging. Defects caused by negligence, impacts, or improper handling will not be considered as a valid issue.
The incident must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
